Future Residents

The Art Foundry was the first residential community in Atlantic Station and all 347 units sold during pre-construction within a few days.  Today, the Art Foundry at Atlantic commons currently has units available for resale. 

Our one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans contain a wide-array of amenities.  Possible features of each individual unit include granite or solid surface kitchen counter tops and wooden cabinets as well as stainless steel or black appliances.  Bathrooms include cultured marble countertops and a spacious continuation of the stylish wooden cabinetry.  Some of our residents enjoy a gas fireplace, mezzanine, and / or storage unit.  In addition, all other the units have reserved, controlled access parking and washer / dryer connections.

Residents also enjoy a courtyard swimming pool, expansive sun deck and an outdoor gas grill.  A clubhouse with full kitchen, plenty of seating and flat screen television is available for use.  Residents have round the clock access to a fitness center or, for a nominal fee, residents can join our 10,000 sq ft professionally managed wellness center and spa.
