ZUMBA: MONDAYS & THURSDAYS at 6:30pm
Zumba involves dance and aerobic elements. Zumba's choreography incorporates hip-hop, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo, martial arts, and some bollywood and belly dance moves. Squats and lunges are also included.
POWER SPIN: WEDNESDAYS at 6:15am
(ONLY 7 SLOTS OPEN FOR THIS CLASS: SIGN UP!): A challenging & fun workout that can be modified to personally challenge your cardiovascular endurance via speed, incline levels and ab movements on and off the bike.
INSANE CROSSTRAIN: SATURDAYS at 9:15am
Increase or test your stamina with this "all over the gym" class. Start in the aerobics room, move to bikes, add some weights...it's all a GO!!
