Welcome home to Atlantic Station! 

The Art Foundry was the first residential community in Atlantic Station.  Today, Atlantic Station is a place to live, to work, and to play.  Our community boasts quite a few of Atlanta’s best restaurants, some of the area’s best shopping, schools within easy walking distance.  There are many paths perfect for walking, rollerblading, or cycling.  There are fountains, parks, and even a lake.  Truly a city within a city, Atlantic Station is a place you will love to call home.  

It’s hard to imagine these days, but the property Atlantic Station sits on was originally the site of the Atlantic Steel mill and the neighborhood is still peppered with refurbished steel presses, a 60-foot smoke stack and collection of “artifacts” that look a bit like industrial art.  The community offers easy access to Downtown, Midtown, Buckhead, and I-75/85.  It’s a quick trip over to Piedmont Park, the Atlanta Botanical Garden, the Woodruff Art Center, Nigh Museum of the Arts Center MARTA rail station.
